Off-Road park

People around where I live don't know much about urban living, but we do know a lot about the country. What is one thing that can bring a large crowd together out here? An off-road park! Everybody loves four-wheel drive trucks around here, but there is nowhere to drive through trails, rock crawl, or go mudding. Starting an off-road park around here will bring tons of business.
